Book Your Appointment

Please fill out the entire form and hit submit. You will then be emailed with available dates and times (allow 1 week for response). The email will also contain my Venmo information to send your deposit. For small to medium pieces deposits are $150. For large and multisession pieces deposits are $250. In my response email I will specify which deposit is required for your project. Deposits are non-refundable and will go towards your tattoo. Deposits are required to hold your appointment. With your response please attach any reference images you may have. My hourly rate is $250, and I have a $150 minimum. My hourly rate is for large scale and multiday sessions. All other tattoos are priced by the piece.

Cash, Venmo, Zelle and Apple pay are the only payment options. I do not have an ATM or way to charge credit cards. If you would like an estimate for your tattoo, please ask in the “Any Other Info” section. *If using Venmo, Zelle, or Apple pay to send deposit/tattoo payment please use a random emoji and don’t say “tattoo/ deposit. Also DO NOT choose “good or services” as it will charge me a fee.

*I understand that things happen.. if you contact me 72+ hours prior to your appointment I will apply your deposit towards a rescheduled date. Anything less than 72 hours of notice requires an additional deposit.

If you are selecting "I need to finish my tattoo" it is because the original work was done by me, Jessica. As for cover-ups, I will only take the cover-ups that I feel confident about.

Describe your tattoo ideas in detail: * Please keep in mind I work better when I am given artistic freedom. Write down a general idea and I will design your tattoo in my own style.

In order to process your request, you must agree to the following:

* You must be 18yrs + DEPOSITS: Deposits are non-refundable. If working on a tattoo that will take more than one session, the deposit will be credited on the last session. If client shows up with a sun burn or a really bad tan, the deposit will be forfeited and a new appointment will have to be made. ATTENDANCE/ RESCHEDULING: You have to notify me directly if you will be arriving late. If you fail to notify , your appointment along with your deposit will be forfeited. I will wait no longer than 20 mins whether I've been contacted or not. A late appointment will affect my entire days schedule. No call, no show will result in losing your deposit. If rescheduling you must notify me at least 48 hours prior to your tattoo appointment. TOUCH UPS: No free touch ups on necks, hands, elbows, knees, feet or cover ups. If you think you might need a touch up (to qualify for a free touch up), you need to let me know within the first 3 months starting from when you got your tattoo, and it must not be sun damaged nor damaged during healing. DESIGN: The client is giving me the artistic freedom I need to design and layout the tattoo, based on the client's idea and reference photos. I do not send out my drawings. Any necessary changes will be made day of appointment. No changing tattoo ideas/design less than one week prior to your appointment. I have read and completely understood the FAQs
